Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to orders, delivery, installation and returns.
Ordering & prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise. An order is accepted when we confirm it - placing an item in your basket does not, on its own, create a contract. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Delivery
We deliver across all 32 counties. Delivery is free on orders over €300; otherwise the rate is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Where you request installation, we will contact you to schedule it separately.
Installation
Installation is provided by EireSafe crews. You must ensure safe access and that the site is ready (e.g. existing services located). Installation is priced by written quote unless stated otherwise.
Returns & refunds
Unused, unopened stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made and installed items are non-returnable unless faulty. Faulty goods will be repaired or replaced in line with consumer law.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law. EireSafe is not liable for loss arising from misuse or from site conditions beyond our control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
