Returns, Refunds & Warranty

At ÉireSafe, we stand over the quality of every safe, bollard, and security product we supply.
If something isn’t right, we’ll put it right — clearly, fairly, and without hassle.

This page explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and warranties are handled.

Damaged or Faulty Items

 

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.

We will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • A repair (where applicable)

There is no cost to you for returning damaged or faulty products.


Wrong Item Delivered

If we send the wrong item in error:

  • We’ll arrange collection of the incorrect item, and

  • Ship the correct item immediately, or

  • Issue a full refund if preferred

No charges apply.

Order Not Delivered or Lost in Transit

If your order does not arrive:

  • We’ll liaise with the courier to confirm the delivery status

  • Once confirmed as lost, you can choose:

    • A full refund, or

    • A replacement at no extra cost

Change of Mind Returns (Unused Items Only)

If you no longer want the item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in original packaging

  • It is in resalable condition

Once inspected, we’ll refund the product price only
(Delivery charges are non-refundable).

Please note:
Custom-built items, special orders, and any product that has been installed cannot be returned due to change of mind.


Installed Products (Safes, Bollards & Security Equipment)

For any product installed by ÉireSafe:

  • Refunds are not available once installation is completed, unless the product is faulty or not fit for purpose

  • Faulty installed products will be repaired or replaced under warranty

This applies to safes, bollards, vehicle security posts, and all installed security equipment.


How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email:

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos (if relevant)

Our team will respond promptly with the next steps.

Refund Processing Times

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method

Please note: bank processing times may vary slightly.

Warranty Information

Most ÉireSafe products include a manufacturer warranty.
Warranty length varies depending on the product.

If a product develops a fault during the warranty period:

  • We’ll assist with repair or replacement

  • Installed products are handled directly through our installation team where applicable
